The Regis Catholic Schools Auction is the single biggest fundraiser for our St. Benedict Tuition Assistance Scholarship program, which makes tuition at our schools affordable for all families. We also provide an opportunity for auction attendees to financially support a highlighted project within our system.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the 2019 Regis Catholic Schools Auction helped raise $149,200. Of that total, $96,850 supported our St. Benedict Tuition Assistance Scholarship program. In addition, our Fund-a-Need raised $52,350. We used those funds to replace the computers in our three elementary school computer labs and to help support the Regis Catholic Schools Leadership Community Professional Development Program, which gives our teachers a chance to further their education. Community support truly makes this event a success.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at The Florian Gardens in Eau Claire. How can you help? There are two ways to support our event.
1. Make a monetary donation by choosing one of our monetary sponsorship levels or one of our underwriting opportunities! By making a monetary donation, you will not only help cover the cost of hosting the event, you will also help our planning committee secure attention-drawing raffle and auction items that will help us raise even more money at the event!
2. Donate an item, service, experience, etc. to be included as a raffle item or in the silent or live auction using the enclosed carbon copy donor information form. Past donated items have included framed art, sports memorabilia, electronics, jewelry, home furnishings, hotel stays, memberships, golf packages, gift certificates, show or event tickets, travel packages, and services ranging from personal care to automotive. We welcome your creative ideas!
Our deadline for monetary sponsorships is October 9, 2020. This will allow us to recognize your generous donation on printed event materials.
