Self-registration for online-only bidders (not attending the event in-person) will be available beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 2.
Instructions
1 | Visit our 2023 Regis Catholic Schools Auction online bidding website on November 2 at or after 10 a.m.

2 | Click GET STARTED at the top of the page.
3 | Click CREATE ACCOUNT or log-in to an existing account.
4 | On the next screen, enter your email address in both fields and click the Recaptcha box confirming you are not a robot before clicking CONFIRM. The next screen will ask you to verify your email to continue registering.
5 | Check your inbox for the email address you entered on the confirm email page. The email will be from “Greater Giving Login”. (If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder. You can also click the “Resend Email” button on the Verify Email page, if needed.)
6 | Within the email you received, click the provided link to verify your account.
The link will connect you to building out your bidder account information.
Use your email address as your Username.
Create a password for your account.
Enter your phone number. In order to receive text messages from Online Bidding alerting you when you have been out-bid on an item, you must include your Mobile Phone.
Enter your credit card information. This is required to allow you to bid on items and/or make a donation.
You will only be charged if you make a donation via our online bidding site or if you are the winning bidder on a silent auction item.
The company we use for our online bidding (Greater Giving) is a PCI-Level 1 Compliant credit card processing company. Your card information is securely stored and then removed from our database after the event.
Confirm all information is correct and then click the “Create” button at the bottom of the page.
Your account is now created and you are ready to bid on our great silent auction items!
Terms & Conditions
Bidding requires access to the internet. Regis Catholic Schools is not responsible for any online, messaging, data plan, or other charges you may incur in connection with your participating in our event. It is your responsibility to monitor the outcome and status of your bids during the event. All sales are final.
All items must be picked up at the Regis Catholic Schools Central Office (2728 Mall Drive, Ste 200, Eau Claire, Wisconsin) no later than Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Large items will not be shipped to winning bidders, unless the winning bidder is willing to be held responsible for shipping costs. Only certificates and/or gift cards will be shipped free of extra charge to winning bidders. If you are not local or cannot have someone local pick up a large item for you, and you are unwilling to pay shipping costs, please do not bid on that item.
